Isn’t it funny how friends always know what your thinking and exactly what you need ? This week I’ve been thinking mostly two things: “Wow, it’s hot. I need something cold to drink.” and “Gawd, I’m exhausted, MUST HAVE CAFFEINE!” And then, lo and behold, I find my friend Casey’s posts about iced coffee. Cold & caffeine – one of my favorite flavor combinations. What I dig most about Casey’s recipe is that the cold brewed coffee slurry will last in your refrigerator for up to one month so if your only an iced coffee lover — not an addict — you’re set for a few weeks (or an afternoon for you addicts – no judging).
