Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!  I hope everyone had a wonderful 2010 and I send best wishes to a successful, happy and prosperous 2011.  To close out the year and to kick off the next I have a quick and easy cocktail, Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail, that will get you through this evening or any Sunday brunch or wedding shower.

Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail

1 – 2 Tbsp. Pomegranate Juice, to taste

Prosecco, Champagne or your favorite sparkling wine.

Add 1-2 Tbsp. of pomegranate juice to each champagne glass, top off with Prosecco.  Toast with someone special and enjoy!

Leftover Wine? Freezo the Vino

There are two kind of people in this world.  Those who have leftover wine and those who don’t.

For the latter, we’ll take a moment so you can wrap your head around the concept of “leftover wine.”  Yes, believe it or not some people don’t finish a bottle of wine.  I know, I know, it’s like having leftover chocolate cake.  In theory yes, it is possible, but you’ve never actually experienced it.
